When ordering a frame make sure you order it UN-assembled otherwise you could get dinged with an over sized shipping charge depending on the size frame. Assembling a frame is very easy and takes no more than 5-10 minutes and some glue. We recommend purchasing glass or plexi from your local hardware store or at a frame shop.

Beautiful print! High quality!

I LOVE this print and I'm so happy I purchased it in a moment of weakness. I've seen authentic vintage maps of North Caroline / the Outer Banks sell in galleries for hundreds of dollars. For about $60, I was able to get the same look with this beautiful reproduction and a nice frame. Paper stock is heavy & good quality. The map looks antique - complete with discoloration and dark lines were an original map would have been folded. Print shipped quickly and in a sturdy container. Highly recommend this store. Thank you for the bonus print. Very thoughtful.

We currently use the USPS and ship via Priority Mail (2-3day) domestic. Express Mail service available on request.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
All of our images are placed against a thick piece of backing board, wrapped in tissue and placed in sturdy custom mailer. Prints are rolled safely and placed in a tube.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship all orders within 48 hours. Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on customs. Custom orders are made on demand and will take longer.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Yes. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships. The notification is sent to your paypal or etsy address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRINTS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED?
If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates the package has delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can assess the situation further.

If your print arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it to us, and we’d be happy to replace it.
